In the aroma, there’s a combination of blackcurrant and vanilla.

Color: dark brown.

In taste, it’s malty, with a lot of blackcurrant and vanilla, reminiscent of sponge cake, a hint of wood, fairly tart, with negligible bitterness, thick, and the alcohol is not felt.

Carbonation: medium.

A surprise, very good, but I have no idea what it was aged in; there’s a bit of wood, but not too much.
